About the Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to manage bookings, payments, and enquiries across phone, email, and in person. You'll also assist with retail sales, stock management, and daily banking while ensuring guests receive exceptional service.

Please note: Successful candidates will be required to work across all four of our Holiday Park locations - Park Beach, Sawtell Beach, Woolgoolga Beach and Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Park. Shifts will be available across 7 days, being Monday to Sunday.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer literacy and ability to learn reservation systems
• Class C Driver's Licence (essential)
• Experience in hospitality or administration (desirable)

What's on offer?

• Competitive pay: $33 - $34.72 per hour (based on experience)
• Casual roles also attract 25% loading on top of the base rate
• 12% superannuation contributions
• Permanent part-time (minimum 10 hours per week, up to 35 hours) and casual opportunities
